Jason Branham

Jason Branham is the Managing Attorney of Tide Law Firm, LLC.  He is a South Carolina native who started his college studies at Coastal Carolina University and later graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law. After 19 years of practicing law and managing law offices, Jason joined forces with his cousin Brett at Tide Law Firm in 2023.  Jason has been involved in community service via local government in the Midlands of South Carolina for several years and served on the county Board of Zoning Appeals, the county Planning Commission (as chairman), and most recently was elected to County Council.  At Tide Law Firm, he is able to utilize his extensive experience in management, law, and local government to help clients meet their needs.

In his spare time Jason enjoys live music, playing tennis, traveling and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
