Meet Brett Branham

Brett Branham is the Owner and Founding Attorney of Tide Law Firm, LLC. Brett is a native to Myrtle Beach, SC. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University, Brett attended Ave Maria School of Law. In law school, he served as the Student Bar Association President and the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal. After law school, Brett returned home to Myrtle Beach, SC and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. 

Brett continues to give valuable service to the community through various charitable organizations. He loves to participate in community service projects and attempts to give back to the community as much as possible. 

Outside of work and service, Brett is married to his college sweetheart, Samantha. They have five beautiful children, Baya, Ever, Ollie, Tyde, and Bowie. In his down time Brett enjoys playing camping, biking, long boarding, and spending time on the beach.
